Vehicle hits pedestrian, prompts gunfire at Ferguson protest
The grave of Michael Brown in St. Peters Cemetery in Normandy as seen on Tuesday, Aug. 9, 2016. It’s how he would have wanted to be commemorated.

Small said no one inside the vehicle was injured.
A peaceful commemorative event in Ferguson, the Missouri town where police officer Darren Wilson shot the 18-year-old Brown dead in 2014, erupted in gunfire after a vehicle hit a protester who ventured into the street, the St. Louis Post-Dispatch newspaper reported.
Police had found bullet holes in the auto but no arrests have been made and no one was shot, he said.
A witness claimed that the shots were targeting the white auto that hit the young man.
The crowd gathered at the spot on Canfield Drive where the black, unarmed 18-year-old was shot by Wilson.
Though, much in keeping with the original mythology of Michael Brown’s fake “hands up” lie, who knows if any of this even happened.
Officials revealed fuller details Wednesday of a Ferguson protest eruption the night before, in which several people fired shots into two vehicles after a man was struck by a auto, apparently by accident.
In honor of Michael Brown.
St. Louis police cited a man in his 30s and three women in their 20s for general peace disturbance, trespassing on private property, resisting arrest and failure to obey police officers.
Video footage shows a man standing in the road in what appears to be an act of protest, before being hit by a fast-moving auto.
He resigned from the police force in November 2014.
Also on Tuesday, about 30 Black Lives Matter protesters interrupted a show at the Muny.
Brown’s father, also named Michael Brown, said in a brief speech that the anniversary is a sad day for him and his family, but for the world, too. “This color is not a disease”.

The investigation resulted in an agreement this year between the federal agency and the city calling for sweeping changes.
