Verdict Over Led Zeppelin’s ‘Stairway to Heaven’ is Appealed

However, just when you thought the whirlwind lawsuit was over, the trustee for late Spirit guitarist Randy California (Randy Wolfe), has filed a notice of appeal regarding the outcome of the case. It has been reported that he is disputing not only the ruling but also any “interlocutory” – or provisional – legal rulings and decisions that were made over the course of the legal proceedings.
