The company says it will waive charges for calls from the United States to France from now through Sunday. Sprint has been named to the Dow Jones Sustainability Index (DJSI) North America for the past five years.
Verizon Wireless’ recent adjustment to its rate plans continues to draw the ire of smaller rival T-Mobile US, which filed comments with the Federal Communications Commission claiming the moves should not be construed as positive for consumers. All roaming fees for T-Mobile customers in and around Nice will be waved too.
According to Verizon, this service was extended because, “customers want to reach out to their loved ones immediately and urgently”.
Sprint-No fees for calls and SMS messages to France from now through July 17th. This applies to Sprint accounts as well as Boost and Virgin Mobile.
