Monty the goldfish had a successful operation recently for the tumors which had spread over his whole body almost.

According to the report, the beloved five year pet, named Monty, was taken to vets when it started developing tumors in its whole body.
The critical operation was carried out by the group of vets of Highcroft Veterinary Group and Bristol Zoo.
A surgeon, Sonya Miles, from the team later said “I assisted Bristol Zoo Vet, Michelle Barrows with Monty’s surgery which took just over 45 minutes in total”.
She added “His owners are extremely dedicated and they paid to make sure he had a better quality of life”.
Monty is now recovering well at home.
