Video in Cincinnati cop’s fatal shooting now with prosecutor

Hamilton County prosecutor Joe Deters now has all copies of the dash cam video from the murder of Cincinnati Police Officer Sonny Kim.

Clayton was charged with two counts of aggravated murder, four counts of attempted murder, eight counts of felonious assault, and one count each of aggravated robbery and aggravated burglary.

A man with the same name and birthdate as the suspect is being held in the Kenton County jail on robbery and kidnapping charges, as well as a warrant “for other police agency”. His office says he sent a subpoena to the city as part of the grand jury investigation.

Police responding to 911 calls early July 2 say they found a man who had been fatally stabbed, with four children seriously injured.

The children – twin 2-year-old girls, a 7-year-old boy and a 14-year-old boy – all survived.

Police used a hound to sniff through woods near the Willows of Springdale apartment complex and investigators marked off blood spots, some outside the apartment, in the aftermath of the attack.
