“They kept pushing him and pushing him, saying that they wanted to fight him”, Rodriguez said. But then Harrison poured the gasoline and two of them and set them on fire, according to police.

The group walked to a petrol station and when they returned a fight ensued, WBAL TV reports.

One suffered burns to 90 per cent of his body, the other, 60 per cent.

By the time he drops and rolls on the road to put out the flames, all of his clothes had already burned off.

Authorities say the victims were hospitalized in critical condition.

“We were recording for a fight”, said witness David Widener.

After that, Rodriguez said: “He threw the gas on him and caught him on fire, and it just happened so quick”.

‘They had agreed to settle it, ‘ he said. “Nothing besides that was said, even leading up to the altercation, they both took their shirts off and they appeared like they were going to fight”.

Corporal Shawn Vinson from Baltimore County police said the video is part of the ongoing police investigations and will “hopefully assist in the prosecution of this case”.

Harrison was being held without bail, according to the Baltimore County Police Department.
