Video shows Paris attackers committing earlier IS atrocities
“These are the last messages of the nine lions of the caliphate who were mobilised from their lairs to make a whole country, France, get down on its knees”, a narrator in the video said.

Several of the nine are shown beheading hostages, a tactic often used by IS.
It was not clear why the group released the video more than two months after the November 13 bloodshed in which jihadists armed with guns and suicide belts launched coordinated attacks on Paris bars, restaurants, and a concert hall.
The 17-minute video shows the extent of the planning for the multiple attacks in Paris, which French authorities have said was planned in IS-controlled territory in Syria.
The video also features images of British Prime Minister David Cameron and a warning that non-believers “will be a target for our swords”.
Wainwright welcomed what he called a “considerable improvement” in the level of intelligence information that European Union governments were now willing to share with each other through Europol following the attacks on Paris, which have concentrated minds on a need for cooperation against Islamist threats. Seven of them – four from Belgium and three from France – spoke fluent French.
Islamic State had claimed responsibility for the attacks.
Among the men purportedly shown in the video is suspected ringleader Abdelhamid Abaaoud, identified by his nom de guerre Abu Umar al-Baljiki, or Abu Umar the Belgian. Amimour and Mohammed-Aggad killed dozens of people at the Bataclan theater, cuts the head off a man clad like the other prisoners in an orange jumpsuit. “I hope the state of emergency will have the shortest duration possible but at the same time that it will be in place long enough to ensure the French people are protected”.
