Video shows Will Ferrell, previous Sanders supporter, hanging with Hillary Clinton

Polls show that she is absolutely dominating with African-American voters in SC and Sanders is – there’s a big map out there and a lot more delegates to be won and lost and he’s going for those.

Her victory gives the former Secretary of State fresh momentum following her heavy defeat to rival Bernie Sanders in New Hampshire earlier this month.

Clinton thanked supporters in a Las Vegas resort ballroom, where she singled out “hotel and casino workers who never wavered” and students struggling with college debt.

Clinton’s nationwide total is 502 delegates and super delegates, and Sanders is bringing in 70.

Clinton said, “I understand that voters have questions”. A step forward in itself, the victory obtained in the Palmetto State by Hillary Clinton could also be an indication of what is to come in SC on the 27 of February, as it is a state with a large percentage of minorities among the voting population.

Hillary Clinton regained control of the Democratic race on Saturday.

While Sanders was campaigning in SC on Sunday, he planned to be in MA for a college rally and campaign in Norfolk, Virginia, on Tuesday.

Clinton won a majority of those who said the economy or health care were their top issues, while those who said income inequality supported Sanders.

By those numbers, Clinton won 74 percent of the support of voters 65 and older, as well as 61 percent among people 45 to 64.

“I think we have a good shot in Colorado, a good shot in Minnesota, a good shot in MA”, he said. A day before the Iowa caucus, Clinton reaffirmed her innocence to ABC regarding the sensitive materials released from her email.

Sanders is trailing Clinton by more than 20 points in the next Democratic primary state, South Carolina, by a wide margin, according to a RealClearPolitics average of polls.

During the speech, she praised “the thousands of men and women with kids to raise, bills to pay and dreams that won’t die”.

“We saw so much great activity the last week and it turned out to be more than enough”, she said.

“I want to be completely clear with you about what this result means: Nevada was supposed to be a state “tailor made” for the Clinton campaign, and a place she once led by nearly 40 points”, the campaign wrote in the email.

But there’s more to Clinton’s popularity than just being part of the status quo, said state House Minority Leader Todd Rutherford, D-Columbia.

Next Saturday, Democratic voters will choose their nominee during a contest in SC. She did well among Latinos and also among African-American voters in North Las Vegas, a good sign for her heading into SC. “I think we are making progress, but we have a long way to go”.
