Vieira: Arsenal lacking physicality and personality

He said: ‘Now when I watch Arsenal, yes they play good football. Spending and buying the right players is a quality.

Patrick Vieira believes Arsenal need to sign players who have a physical presence as well as flair.

“Why not? At the moment I am not concerned about that too much, I am more focused on us responding well to Sunday’s defeat”, he said.

Wenger is confident that by using Sanchez as a striker he will make best use of his physical energy rather than having him chasing the opposition right-back all game.
