“The most important thing I wanna say is just really embrace who you are because being unique is very, very important and fitting in is not all what matters”, Ellen concluded.

Paul Walker might not have been at the Teen Choice Awards physically, but he was definitely there in spirit.
2015 Teens Choice Awards saw Paul Walker winning the Choice Movie Actor award in the action/adventure category posthumously. “It’s Paul Walker’s family his brother, his parents that kept us encouraged when we were filming Furious 7“, he said while the audience applauded.
Obviously, they also recalled Paul Walker, their late co-star, killed in a one-vehicle auto crash in 2013, and dedicated the win to his daughter, Meadow, who was in the audience.
Furious 7, one of year’s biggest hits, won the awards for Best Action Movie and Best Actor in an Action-Adventure, for Walker. Ellen mentioned in her speech that, “They say that teens make bad decisions, but you made a very good decision tonight choosing me”.
In his speech, Diesel also spoke about the passing of his friend and franchise star Paul Walker.
At the time of his death, production on Fast & Furious 7 was already under way and his brothers Caleb and Cody helped director James Wan to complete scenes for the actor’s character Brian O’Conner.
He referred to the Furious cast members as his family.
Vin said: “This was a very special movie for us to make so the fact you voted for this movie means a lot to us”. But the band, which now features Harry Styles, Liam Payne, Niall Horan and Louis Tomlinson, weren’t present at the event and accepted their awards via video link.
Diesel also gave a shout-out to Walker’s daughter, Meadow.
