Vine launches on the Apple Watch
I’m not convinced I want to watch Vines on my Apple Watch, and the suggestions for similar vines in the iOS app are a bit off-base.

Of course, the application also allows users to like and Re-Vine clips from the Apple Watch.
Vine announced on Tuesday the launch of its Apple Watch app, which allows users to watch posts from two different feeds: Favorites and Featured.
This particular update will also throw in the ability to swipe left in order to check out new Vines that have been recommended by the app, which so happens to be a tweak that is worth checking out.
The Apple Watch support is the most notable of Vine’s newest announcement. Vines won’t autoplay as they do in the iOS app, though; you’ve got to tap on them first, then they loop, sound and all. But by adding the smartwatch to the fold indicates that Twitter (Vine’s parent company) is committed to making sure the app has as broad a reach as possible. As their names suggest, Favorites include Vines from creators whom a user follows, while Featured is a curated, hand-selected collection of videos from several topical categories (comedy, music, and sports are the given examples).
To do that, press firmly on the display to select a watch face, and pick one with complications, such as Modular. Every left-swipe means a few more viewers, and that’s something Vine wants very much.
