Mark Ditto, the husband of Connie Ditto, 41, said he spoke to his wife around 8 p.m. while she was at work and complained of head pains.
A Virginia mother sent her husband a odd text message claiming she was going to the hospital for to get an X-ray before going missing. Mark said on the Facebook page Find Connie Ditto that the only video of her was when she was at the clinic on August. 11.
But the 41-year-old mother-of-two, from Henrico, actually left before seeing a doctor and has not been seen or heard from since. What’s puzzling is the fact that after Connie sent out the text informing her husband about the tests, her mobile phone was turned off. While it may be a common protocol in hospitals to ask patients to switch off their electronic devices, she never switched it back on.
Ditto said: ‘I am clueless as to what happened. She said she was being sent to the hospital for X-rays.
“She said she wasn’t feeling well and was going to go to a walk-in clinic”, he said. “She sat down to wait, was there a couple of minutes; got up walked out and left”, said Mark Ditto. The family filed a missing person’s report on August. 12.
They will soon gain access to Connie Ditto’s credit card reports to retrace her steps.
He said his wife has battled both alcohol abuse and depression in her life.
Meanwhile, clients of her Organic Hair Studio continue to show up for their appointments, but she is nowhere to be found.
Connie Ditto was reportedly driving a dark blue 2014 Volkswagen Tiguan with the Virginia license plate number WLV8676.
Last week, he said, she hurt her head in a fall.

‘I fear she’s driven off somewhere, that’s she’s blacked out and gone, ‘ he added. “I’m very disappointed by what she’s put her family through and all the people across the country who supported her search”. She is a Hispanic female, 5-foot-2 and has shoulder-length dark brown hair and brown eyes, Mark told WTVR.
