Visually stunning Star Wars awakens you
“Why are dissenters from a mass-culture wave phenomenon like The Force Awakens or the Avengers and Dark Knight movies so often subjected to venom and name-calling?” George Lucas drew on decades of literary inspiration when writing the script for the original movie, and this apple stays pretty close to that tree.

On a directorial level, Abrams does a good job of steering the Star Wars franchise away from the hollow CGI-filled vibe of the prequel trilogy and back toward real locales, props, costumes and some great production design that help establish the familiarity of the Star Wars universe once again.

The new “Star Wars” sequel trilogy kicked off with this month’s “Star Wars: The Force Awakens”. The character work is essentially a representation of the variety of Star Wars fans that will be sure to be in the audience.
