OPEC and Russian Federation should reach a deal to freeze oil supply, while Iran deserves to complete its return to world markets, Russia’s President Vladimir Putin said in interview to Bloomberg.

Putin said in an interview with Bloomberg News ahead of the talks that Moscow was seeking a “solution where neither party will feel defeated or a loser”.
“I hope to have a heart-to-heart talk with President Putin to move forward on the issue of a peace treaty and the Northern Territories”, Abe said, using the Japanese name for the islands. Japan thinks Russian Federation should return all four Pacific islands, but Russian Federation believes Japan should accept the outcome of World War Two and then they can discuss the disputed islands.
The meeting with the public schoolboys came ahead of Putin’s first encounter with new British leader Theresa May at the G20 in China – with both sides saying they are interested in improving the dire relations between their two countries.
“We will carefully watch what happens and wait for the election results”.

The secretary-general of OPEC Mohammed Barkindo is scheduled to visit Tehran Sept. 5 to meet with Iran’s oil minister, Bijan Namdar Zanganeh, to convince Iran to join the oil output freeze plan.
