SOUTH PORTLAND: Parade begins at 10:30 a.m., starting at Southern Maine Community College at the end of Broadway to the Veterans Memorial Monument.
43rd annual Memorial Day parade and Ceremony at Tucson Estates, May 30 from 8 a.m.to 11 a.m. American Legion Post 324 and VFW Post 7373 are in charge of services. The Casements, 25 Riverside Drive, Ormond Beach.

Sandyville Service: The parade forms between 8:30 – 9 a.m.at the Sandyville Town Square and proceeds to the Sandyville Cemetery.

Memorial Day Service: Presented by the local American Legion, VFW and AMVET posts.
Parade then moves to the old cemetery on Main Street for another ceremony, and to the Causeway Bridge for a final ceremony before returning to fire station.
There will be a Memorial Day celebration at 10 a.m.in Downtown Frankfort on Breidert Green, at Kansas and White Streets, featuring a performance by the Hickory Creek Middle School Band.
A Memorial Day Recognition and Veterans Memorial Service will be held at the Cedar City Cemetery, 745 North Main St., at 10 a.m. Lineup begins at 11 a.m.at Mechanic and Chestnut streets.
“Many times people mix up Veterans Day, Memorial Day and Armed Forces Day”, said Watson, “but they are three distinct days to honor three distinct groups of people, and this weekend is our opportunity to honor those who are no longer with us”.
American Legion Lester Keate Post 90 will hold a Memorial Day Service at the St. George Cemetery, 700 E. Tabernacle St. If interested in participating in the parade contact the post at 321-723-2939.
Beaver Valley Grange #306 will serve a pancake breakfast on Memorial Day, The menu choices are pancakes, scrambled eggs, hash browns, ham or sausage for $5.00; biscuits and gravy for $3.00, both choices include juice, milk and coffee or tea; children under 10 eat free.
Emanuel Ayala, who earned a Bronze Star for his heroic achievement, will be the guest speaker for the event.
