Apple iPhone SE is the new compact iPhone, which is essentially an iPhone 6s packed into the iPhone 5s’ body.

The new iPhone SE that Apple has just released looks mostly the same as the iPhone 5 handset that has been released back in 2012.

Apple will start accepting pre-orders of the device starting March 24. iPhone SE 16 GB variant will be priced at £359 or $510.38 according to the current dollar value. An event that took place yesterday was neither of the two, but it was still quite a show with a number of new products to check out including the new iPhone SE.

A new iPad Pro, smaller at 9.7-inches has also been announced, a similar size to the firm’s existing iPad Air line. It comes with a new feature called “Nightshift” that automatically changes the color scheme on your device from cooler shades to warmer shades at sundown, to help you sleep better. Based on information on Apple’s website, it appears the A9X in the 9.7-inch iPad Pro is slightly underclocked compared to the A9X in the 12.9-inch iPad Pro (via AppleInsider).

The iPhone SE comes with 2GB RAM, which matches what the iPhone 6s and the iPhone 6s have under their hoods, TechCrunch Editor-in-chief Matthew Panzarino confirmed on Twitter.

Already there are more than 5,000 apps for the new fourth-gen Apple TV, said CEO Tim Cook. The iPhone SE carries a 12-MP iSight snapper. Beetel Teletech said that it will offer “iPhone SE, the most powerful phone with a four-inch display, beginning Friday, April 8, 2016 at over 3500 retail locations across India”.
