And if this is going to be the final Droppables column of the season, why not start it with a bang? Ajayi goes into a Week 11 matchup with Dallas – Cowboys entered this week as the second-most generous fantasy defense to opposing RBs – available in more than 80 percent of Yahoo leagues. That was the only good moment for him in the Broncos’ loss to the Chiefs.

Thankfully, this is the last week we’ll have to worry about byes.
Broncos coach Gary Kubiak said that a healthy Manning remains the starter, but right now, there’s no guarantee that he’ll get the start against the Bears next week. With Cousins and the rest of the offense starting to click, Morris is in prime position to regain his fantasy mojo.

Tight end is unsurprisingly barren on the wire this late in the year. Even if he does, Wright has been a bit of a disappointment this season. Jones had an even bigger day with 187 total yards (56 rush, 131 receiving) and a 78-yard receiving touchdown, again flashing the upside that first surfaced all the way back in Week 2.
DEEP OPTION: Dexter McCluster, Titans (16% Owned): The drum will continue to be banged for McCluster, who is clearly the best running back in Tennessee’s backfield.
Austin put on display on Sunday what makes him such a confounding fantasy player. It was the first time since Week 1 he’s cleared 100 yards. He has had at least three carries in six of the Rams’ nine games this year, but 22 yards or fewer in four of those. Since Manning can’t go, he’ll be the man in Chicago Week 11, and an option for those fantasy owners desperate for a QB. Like all players of this persuasion, though, it’s essentially impossible to predict when they will come.
The most important part of setting your fantasy lineup each week is to make sure that you have checked the waiver wire to see if there are any better options there for you to pick up and plug into your lineup or place on your bench to play at a later date.
Ironically, the longest play of the weekend, a 104-yard kickoff return by Ameer Abdullah, wound up a yard short of pay dirt and added zippo to the Lions’ special teams scoring in most leagues.
Matt Jones (RB/Redskins): I am not sold on the Redskins run game, and this includes Jones.
Green Bay’s rest-of-season schedule is far from daunting, but outside of Rodgers, there’s no bankable commodities in this passing game. Bryant had an outstanding game against the Cleveland Browns in Week 10 with 178 receiving yards. The Vikings running back is of course one of the biggest names in the National Football League and at the beginning of the season was costing you quarterback money at $9,200.

Fresh off the bye week Gillmore scored for the second straight game. In the absence of Edelman and Dion Lewis, coach Bill Belichick’s creativity is going to be tested by opponents who can now afford to focus many of their resources on slowing Pro Bowl tight end Rob Gronkowski. Edelman broke a bone in his foot during Sunday’s tilt with the NY Giants and will be shelved for the remainder of the regular season. Brock Osweiler ($5,000) will make his first career start and is an intriguing add in 2QB formats and deeper leagues because of his arm strength and the weapons at his disposal.
