Wales Landlord Murder: Lodger Held In Ireland
He’s wanted for questioning in the United Kingdom about the murder of his landlord, 59 year old retired telecoms engineer Alec Warburton who went missing from his home in the town of Sketty on July 31st.

Days later, it was found abandoned at Birkenhead port and officers said Ellis had arrived in Belfast via ferry on 6 August.
A 40-year-old man was charged on Saturday with failing to comply with the provisions of the 2001 Sex Offenders Act at a special sitting of Galway District Court.
Gardai are liasing with South Wales Police to secure Mr Ellis’ extradition.
South Wales Police said David Ellis, 40, his lodger, has been arrested in Ireland.
They added that Mr Warburton’s family had been informed of the latest development in the investigation and continued to be assisted by family liaison officers.

Police were unable to give further details about Mr Ellis’ arrest.
