Walker has said he wanted to finish work on the state budget before announcing a run for the 2016 Republican presidential nomination.

Twitter did not provide further information on what exactly happened.
A Twitter spokesperson told The Hill that the company is “looking into today’s issue, and we’ve determined the Walker team was not at fault”.
Candidates including Clinton, Paul and Texas senator Ted Cruz have made their social media presences a major part of their operation, including slick announcements.

In an already crowded primary field, one expected Republican White House hopeful has yet to officially announce his candidacy. He’s now in second place in the polls, behind ex- Florida Gov. Jeb Bush, according to a RealClearPolitics average of recent poll numbers.
