Logan Hale, the man accused of taunting deputies on Facebook, was busted Thursday- nearly a week after they issued a warrant for his arrest.
But they’re banking on someone cashing in on a $500 reward for Hale’s arrest.
The Polk County Sheriff’s Office posted Logan “Finallyfree” Hale’s mugshot on Facebook last week as part of its #FridayFelons campaign to catch fugitives.
“Logan Hale, you are on your way to jail”. “Just got done doing two yeara up the road…”
It was sweet, sweet poetic justice for Polk County, Fla., Sheriff Grady Judd when a wanted criminal was arrested Thursday.
The sheriff even offered free transportation to turn himself in.
The Polk County Sheriff’s Office responded, “You would be wise to turn yourself in”.
Sure enough, soon after that post, deputies were able to take the picture e on the right, the one of Logan Hale, captured taunter.
Anyone with information can call deputies at 863-298-6200. And at some point someone thought to be Hale responded, taunting the sheriff.

Hale, 21, is wanted on charges of armed burglary, grand theft of a firearm, giving false information to a pawn broker and dealing in stolen property.
