Warm, sunny weekend in store for the midstate

Warmer weather is expected to arrive in time for the weekend in Northeast Ohio, according to forecasters.

Starting Tuesday, high temperatures are forecast to top out in the 60s. North winds around 5 miles per hour.

The National Weather Service urges beachgoers to use caution while swimming.Friday Night: Clear, with a low around 31.Saturday: Sunny, daytime high around 75 degrees.

Winds on Friday will be up to about 22 miles per hour while the high will be about 52 degrees.

The fun starts Saturday with mostly sunny skies (with a few clouds mixed in, especially in the morning) and a high of 70. Overnight it will be mostly clear with a low near 45 degrees.

SUNDAY: Sunny, with a high near 72.

Sunny skies are expected today, with a high near 62. Saturday night will dip into the low 40s with a light breeze. The low will be about 35 degrees with partly cloudy skies.
