Warner, Marvel wow Comic-Con with blockbuster previews
Warner Bros. has 10 films pegged to the interconnected universe over the next few years including Suicide Squad, which comes out next month, Wonder Woman, Aquaman, The Flash, and the stand alone Batman film, which Affleck is directing and starring in. It’s the future of the DCEU.

Now if you watch the trailer and you’re wondering why Superman is missing, and how could he be missing since he is part of the Justice League, don’t worry as there are plans for Superman to be included in the movie.
The joke-laden trailer is a marked contrast from Batman v Superman, which was heavily criticised for its dark tone and taking itself too seriously. It’s called Justice League.
It’ll be a challenge for DC to overcome the bad press levelled at it for this years’s disappointing Batman Vs Superman.
Margot Robbie’s comic book baddie Harley Quinn is one of the most hotly anticipated characters among all the films due to emerge from Warner’s “DC Extended Universe”. It’s also rumored that Henry Cavil will return to play the Man of Steel “Clark Kent/ Superman” though he’s not seen in the trailer and J.K. Simmons will join the fray as “Commissioner Gordon”. Superman has a very big “S” on his chest. Perhaps it will also be the change that allows Bruce and Clark to behave like grown men, and focus on saving the world rather than protecting their bruised egos.
Let’s start with DC Comics’ Justice League, which is probably facing some of the highest stakes to win over audiences after the polarizing and brooding Batman v. Superman. The clip shows Bruce Wayne trying to recruit a number of superheroes including Aquaman and The Flash to form an “alliance” after warning that “an enemy is coming”.
