Neither team led by more than six points.

The Bulls’ fifth-ranked defense will be thoroughly tested against Golden State’s top-ranked offense.

Golden State was won 25 consecutive regular-season home games and the last road team to record a victory at Oracle Arena was the Bulls.

The Bulls are a strong enough defensive team to pose problems to Golden State, and expect Butler to give Curry a few problems. “But now that we’re within striking distance, we can answer that question – it’s real, and we want to get there”. “It’d be a huge accomplishment because doing something that hasn’t been done in the history of the league is special”. You never know if this opportunity will come back again. “There are so many variables that go into winning this many in a row, especially the start of the season”.

They advance to a ideal 14-0, tying the 1957-1958 Boston Celtics for the best start to a season by a defending champion, and are two more wins away from setting an National Basketball Association record for most wins to start a season.

Superstar player Steph Curry explained the urgency in the way the Warriors had been playing to start the season is their way of establishing their identity as one of the best teams ever in league history. LA scored 41 points in the first quarter and at one point led Golden State by 23, but didn’t seem to have a plan for the fourth quarter, and, well, the Warriors are now 13-0. “I don’t think great teams take nights off. I don’t think great teams really coast through parts of the schedule just because you feel like you have the talent to do it. That cheats the process, and I think we have guys who understand (that)”. The 7-3 Latvian is averaging 12.8 points – including 29 in his last game – and 8.6 rebounds per game.

Golden State’s toughest test of the season came on Thursday night when they visited the Los Angeles Clippers.

But the Warriors, who made a 23-point comeback last night against the Los Angeles Clippers, bounced back from another slow start and were able to cut the lead down to one at the end of the first quarter.

The Bulls and Warriors have split their last 10 meetings, with Chicago picking up a 113-111 overtime victory the last time the teams met in Golden State (January 27, 2015).

According to oddsmakers from oddsmakers at MyBookie.ag, the Warriors are favored at home, as they are getting odds of -8.5 points against the Bulls tonight.

But Luke Walton went to his trump card a little earlier than usual and the Clippers were toast.

Martin scored nine of his 15 points in the fourth quarter.

On the extreme opposite end of things are the Philadelphia 76ers.

The Warriors kept making clutch three-pointers on the way to 39 points in the fourth quarter.
