The Warriors were buoyed by a local crowd teeming with blue and gold jerseys adorned with Curry’s name.

Q. How is it that the Army-Navy game is always played on land?
That moment arrived in the third quarter against the Brooklyn Nets when for a brief moment it appeared that the Golden State Warriors’ unbeaten streak was in jeopardy.
Overcoming themselves as well as the scrappy Nets on Sunday in Brooklyn, the Warriors on Sunday night maintained their season-long perfection.
The Golden State Warriors cruised to a 114-98 victory over the Brooklyn Nets, increasing their historic start to 22-0. “There are no trophies for being undefeated until July”. They outran the Nets at the start and at the finish, but in between little was easy.
Kevin Durant committed 10 turnovers but hit the go-ahead jumper with 23 seconds left and two free throws with 4.4 seconds left to cap a 20-point, nine-rebound outing for Oklahoma City. Fans remain optimistic about the dream record and feel that the Golden State Warriors will make history at the end of the season.
“When he’s rolling”, Warriors interim coach Luke Walton said before the game, “there’s not much defenses can do to stop him”. Our guys don’t ever panic. “They overwhelmed us later on”. “Since then it’s grown”.
Nets coach Lionel Hollins didn’t hold back in his conviction that his team should’ve won Sunday.
They dragged the Warriors into a methodical halfcourt slugfest and reeled off a 16-0 run that spanned halftime, turning a 15-point deficit into a 58-57 lead.
A minute after Shane Larkin’s three-pointer gave the Nets a 75-70 lead, Curry hit a driving bank shot for a 76-76 deadlock. Rudy Gay scored 20 points for Sacramento, and the Kings missed a chance to force overtime when Marco Belinelli air balled on a 3-point attempt from the corner in the final seconds.
I can’t really say I’m surprised. “Whether it’s shooting the ball or getting other guys involved”.
The Warriors turned to the bench to open the fourth quarter, and they took less than six minutes expand the lead to 106-89 with 6:59 left in the quarter.
The Warriors started the game on a 9-0 run and, well, it was a sad reminder of Friday vs. the Knicks. His counterpart, Klay Thompson, chipped in 21 while Draymond Green put home 22 points, nine rebounds and seven assists. They played their game. If the Warriors can win another 8 consecutive games, they will eclipse the 33-game winning streak registered by the 1971-72 Los Angeles Lakers.
Hollins said he has known Walton since he was a baby. Even without Barnes, the Warriors still generate plenty of offense.
Curry started the game slow by his standards, but finished with 28 points (11-for-17) with five three’s and five rebounds, largely off his 16-point third quarter.
However, it was not just Curry that made things happen for the Golden State Warriors.
