Confidence won’t be a problem with Golden State.

It was the Warriors who were expected to be the team coming out of the gates fired up from suffering their first loss of the season six days earlier at Milwaukee.
After a first quarter in which there were 13 lead changes and the difference was never greater than five, the Bucks gained the upper hand behind nine points from Antetokounmpo and eight from power forward Jabari Parker in the second period.
Warriors forward Draymond Green and Bucks guard O.J. Mayo got into a minor physical altercation that resulted in several other players, coaches and referees stepping in to assure nothing bigger happened.
“It’s exciting to go up against the guys who I went through the draft process with”, Porzingis said.
“You never know in this game”, Wade said. “Just, ain’t no man going to touch my head”. I was able to get a couple of buckets and spark our run. First off, the Warriors are absolutely loaded with talented players, and now are carrying 25 wins on the season.
Stephen Curry, Klay Thompson and Draymond Green combined to make eight consecutive shots during a three-minute flurry late in the second quarter to propel the Golden State Warriors to a 128-103 victory over the Phoenix Suns on Wednesday (Thursday NZ time).
Bucks guard Michael Carter-Williams, after executing a last-minute slam dunk with most of the Warriors’ starters out of the game, proceeded to look toward the bench.
“Show a little respect”, Mayo said via MSN.com. “If you’re going to say that about another team you should expect… they’re not going to fold”.
After the game, Mayo revealed what went was discussed between him and Green. “Not a class act”. “The Bucks held a 100-89 advantage in the fifth minute of the fourth quarter before the Warriors rallied”. Milwaukee took a 10-17 record into Friday’s rematch….
Curry said after Wednesday’s win against the Suns, according to ESPN, “Oh, it was a nice celebration. But if it affected some of our guys, I’m OK with it. It just means one more reason to be motivated when we go out there and play”.
Golden State will have their one remaining chance this season for revenge against the Bucks and Steph Curry told reporters that they’ll never forget how the Bucks celebrated. “Friday will be a big game for us”.
As for Thompson, he said, “there’s nothing wrong with the dunk, but the stare-down, trying to talk nasty in the game like that”.

Continued Thompson: “Obviously a team that gave us our one in the loss column, and we felt they could have won with a little more class”. On the road, fans and media filled arenas wondering if this was the night they would witness the end of the run. He spoke to me and said, ‘It’s all love, all part of the game. The Bucks came into the game 26th in offensive efficiency, averaging 95 points a game. But Green also made a comment about Carter-Williams being a bench player and making light of that status.Mayo and Green were nose to nose several times Friday and argued as they walked off the court following the Warriors’ comeback victory.
