Warriors Watch: Warriors get routed 113-95 by Pistons

Stephen Curry (30) is fouled by Kentavious Caldwell-Pope on a three-point shot in the second half as the Golden State Warriors played the Detroit Pistons at Oracle Arena in Oakland, Calif., on Monday, November 9, 2015. Barnes scored five points, going 2 for 11 from the field.

Today, the Pistons announced through their team’s social media pages that the current Pistons will honor Wallace on the night of his jersey retirement by wearing Ben Wallace themed socks. Only two other Brooklyn players were in double figures.

Golden State’s Andre Iguodala went scoreless, and Green had five points on 1-of-7 shooting.

The Pistons took an early 10-point lead, and the crowd gave Wallace a standing ovation during a timeout.

Baynes scored 12 points in the second quarter, making all six of his shot attempts.

His former coach Larry Brown was also present. “We felt it tonight”. On Saturday, Golden State had all of its top scorers, and Green thought they could make a run even when they were down heading into the fourth quarter.

“Our franchise has an extraordinary history and it’s important that we recognize the players who not only achieved great things, but also helped define what it means to be a Piston”, said Pistons Owner Tom Gores in press release.

Steph Curry got fired up after it and wanted an explanation for the non-call on an alleged foul that happened while he was driving to the net.

Warriors: Barnes was in the starting lineup for the first time since returning almost two weeks ago from a sprained left ankle. Greg Monroe had 19 points and 10 rebounds for Milwaukee, and Giannis Antetokounmpo finished with 14 points and 11 boards.
