The 29-year-old beauty, who stars as Daenerys Targaryen in the HBO series, has revealed she needed a little help and encouragement before she agreed to strip off for the hit TV series.
Actress Emilia Clarke appeared on the Late Night with Seth Meyers.
She also recently called for “GOT” bosses to address the balance of female to male nudity, telling Conan O’Brien on his USA chat show: “There’s plenty of female nudity, myself included, and I feel like…”
In the movie, actor Sam Claflin plays Will Traynor, a young man who becomes disabled after an accident.
As Louisa, a working class Brit hired to care for a handsome, wealthy quadriplegic in “Me Before You” (opening Friday), Emilia Clarke would seem to be light years away from her “Game of Thrones” mother of dragons.
Especially when Clarke confessed that she’d made her parents watch it.
When Daenerys Targaryen speaks in Dothraki on “Game of Thrones”, you know something important is about to go down.
The Game of Thrones actress has been talking about taking her clothes off for the show.
“I put fish in his socks, but that was just one of them, the fish that we had for lunch”, Clarke told E! She’s said she doesn’t like doing them too often, but if it forwards her character, and isn’t gratuitous, then it can be a powerful piece of television. This is all me, all proud, all strong.
In the episode Emilia watched with her family, the camera went “right in there” on her naked scene.

Along with tonight’s premiere, held at the Curzon Mayfair, Emilia and her co-stars are now on a promotional tour for ahead of the film’s release.
