Telugu actor Nandamuri Balakrishna’s 100th film, historical drama Gauthamiputra Satakarni, will feature Shriya Saran as his leading lady. This is one of the most prestigious projects for Balakrishna as he is famous for his dialogues in this kinds of genre. The movie is directed by Jagarlamudi Krish and is produced by Saibabu Jagarlamudi and Y Rajeev Reddy under the banner of First Frame Entertainments. The story of the movie is based on life history of 2nd Century CE Satavahana ruler Gautamiputra Satakarni. The movie shooting is going on at brisk pace and the makers are targeting Sankranthi 2017 release for the film.
