The official release date of the #Netflix revival of “Gilmore Girls” has been announced. Thursday, you’re killing it.

When asked about the plot of the upcoming series – which will feature four 90-minute episodes, Winter, Spring, Summer and Autumn – Sherman-Palladino said: “It is a journey to the last four words”. The series brings back original stars Lauren Graham and Alexis Bledel, with creator Amy Sherman-Palladino also returning. Seasons change, it reminds us, but some things never will. Judging by this trailer, those things include Lorelai and Rory Gilmore hyper-babbling about pop culture while eating, yes, pop tarts. Celebrating women with wit and brains, how could we not be excited for the first teaser of the new revival?

Fans, however, will get what they have been wanting since the show went off the air in 2007: the mysterious final four words.

At work? With your gran? “I mean, I don’t have the a** I want”. Fans were thrilled on January 29, 2016 when it was announced that the show would return on Netflix.

Sherman-Palladino had initially hoped to release the episodes one at a time, but she said Netflix was not open to the idea. And they’re leading us to our own living rooms on November 25.

Speaking to reporters from the TCA stage, Graham confirmed, “She does have a love life”, but added this: “I think, not all the questions have been answered”. In November, we’ll get to see whether Gilmore Girls can assume the mantle of Great TV once again.

And Alexis Bledel revealed that all of her character’s ex-boyfriends will make appearances during the reboot. The clip begins with shots of the fictional CT small town Stars Hollow and then directs into the kitchen of the mother and daughter tandem of Lorelai (Lauren Graham) and Rory (Alexis Bledel). Scott Paterson’s Luke, Kelly Bishop’s Emily Gilmore and Melissa McCarthy’s Sookie are in it, too.

That’s not to say there’s no speculation about who she’ll end up with (if anyone).
