Watch Jay Leno Return to The Tonight Show
I’ve never said this before, but I said, “Why don’t you take your client and go home”.

With that, Leno is preparing to launch his new NBC show Jay Leno’s Garage, showcasing the material accumulations he achieved with his childless millions.
Jay tackled a wide range of topics in his partial monologue. Naturally, Leno had to throw in a big of banter about GOP frontrunner Donald Trump as well. “Anything, just…’Leno who?’ They said no, they didn’t want to do it. Well, why am I going to run all the way to New York?”
In the AdWeek interview, Leno also revealed what he misses most and least about hosting “The Tonight Show”.
Despite the celebrities sprinkled into each episode, Leno said, the show isn’t designed as a star vehicle. Leno, who left the show past year after two decades in charge, is busy promoting a new car-focused show for CNBC.
If Leno did appear it would have been his first appearance on Letterman’s show since 1992. The channel has more than 1.4 million subscribers. Jay shares reviews on cars and cycles and fans seemingly hang on his every word. Leno’s “Garage” debuts Wednesday., October 7, 2015, at 10 p.m. ET on CNBC.
“It’s time probably for a female host in one of these late-night positions”, Leno said.
Leno then went with, “And Hillary Clinton is not the only Democrat running”.
Alas, the changing climate doesn’t make Leno’s material any sharper or his delivery any less automatic-pilot-like.
Jay Leno-former The Tonight Show host-apparently still has a bone to pick with Jimmy Kimmel-fellow late-night colleague, host of Jimmy Kimmel Live!.

That genuine enthusiasm is at the root of this new series, less a calculated means to get back on TV than a way for a bona fide vehicle geek to spread the gospel of his automotive love.
