Ed plays two sold out gigs in Croke Park this weekend.

Kodaline also played with Sheeran the night before, but this time around they performed In Dublin’s Fair City and The Auld Triangle with Sheeran and Hansad.
Jesus, though – what if she said no?
Earlier this month (Jul15), Sheeran serenaded Rixton’s Jake Roche and Little Mix’s Jesy Nelson with an acoustic version of Tenerife Sea as they got engaged onstage at Manchester Arena (19Jul15).
Friday night’s Croke Park crowd included at least one other proposal with Belfast’s Cathal Shortt proposing to girlfriend Leanne Peoples.
Kodaline joined the 24-year-old on stage to sing a few songs and Ed took to social media to congratulate the couple after the gig.
Although we covered it late last night, this is too much of a feel-good story not to mention it again.

It’s the second Kodaline proposal this year after Vinny Jay proposed to his girlfriend of eight years in New York.
