Watch Larry David, Leslie Jones Spar in Funny ‘SNL’ Promo

Sanders made jokes about the folk album he made years ago and said he hoped he’d be running for reelection in 2020. The Seinfeld co-creator and Curb Your Enthusiasm star is known for his self-deprecating, neurotic humor and his promo for this week’s Saturday Night Live has the added bonus of SNL cast member Leslie Jones, who produced the clip, not playing into it. She, uh, really wants you to watch her show.

Press play on the video above to watch all three of David’s promos, and don’t miss Saturday Night Live this Saturday at 11:30 p.m. ET/PT on NBC. David, who briefly worked as a writer on the show in the ’80s, insists that it doesn’t matter. “Somebody call Lorne”, she responds.

Then Larry asks her how she feels about him, if she finds him at all attractive. David’s an interesting choice in that he’s already appeared twice this season without even being a host, so he probably has a little bit more of a built-in rapport than you see from many other hosts. Still, Jones refuses to let the upcoming guest host bail on their promotion for the upcoming episode, and David sticks around, if only to figure out why Jones isn’t flirting with him.
