Watch Mystifying New ‘Dr. Strange’ Trailer From Comic-Con

Derrickson, who joined the panel alongside Chiwetel Ejiofor and Tilda Swinton, told Comic-Con the film was a “left turn in the Marvel universe”, focusing on magic rather than technology.
With regard to the Benedict Cumberbatch starrer Doctor Strange, Marvel dropped an awesome new trailer showcasing the entire awesomeness of the mystic super hero.
Fantastic Beasts and Where to Find Them will be released on November 18.
Kicking off Comic-Con was a brand new Doctor Strange trailer. With this new trailer, we get a better look at Strange’s origin story, which includes a near-fatal auto accident and his life changing trip to Tibet where he meets Swinton’s character.
There’s some of the first SPIDER-MAN: HOMECOMING concept art coming out, showing Spidey (played by Tom Holland) in the film battling old foe the Vulture.
Meanwhile Oscar-winning Brie Larson got a standing ovation as she was confirmed to play the title role in “Captain Marvel”, slated to open in 2019. While there weren’t any assets to tease, they did bring out the cast, including star Chadwick Boseman, Lupita Nyong’o, Michael B. Jordan, the just-announced Danai Gurira, best known for “The Walking Dead”, and director Ryan Coogler.
The movie’s cast remained tight-lipped about the plot and their characters, but the trailer shows “magizoologist” Newt Scamander (Redmayne) arrive in NY in 1926 with a case of magical creatures that escape, wreak havoc and face threats from the non-magical humans in the city.
Audiences also got a sneak peek at Wonder Woman, a female-led superhero film starring Gal Gadot as Diana Prince, which is set to hit theatres next year.
“It’s terrifying and inspiring and really exciting because it’s one of most iconic, fascinating characters ever created in American drama”, he said.
San Diego, with Warner Bros. going all-in with the first official trailer for Wonder Woman and a special Comic-Con trailer for Justice League, Part 1.
The cast of Suicide Squad including Smith, Margot Robbie and Jared Leto revealed more footage from the film ahead of its release in August.
