So, theoretically, fans may just have to wait a couple months to see Luke Skywalker in action. “There’s nothing normal about that!” Abrams’ upcoming Star Wars: The Force Awakens movie, but also with a cameo from Han Solo himself, Harrison Ford. “Nothing’s changed really, I mean everything’s changed but nothing’s changed”. It also brought out the newbie cast including, Oscar Isaac, John Boyega, Daisy Ridley and Lupita Nyong’o. “Thank you very much”. “So that was fun; that was cool”.

“It’s too late for them”. When a fan asked about his foot from the wild crowd, Ford simply responded, “My foot?” He replied, “I used to be”.

“I never thought that we would do another”, Ford said.

“It’s still surreal”, she said.

One minor spoiler did kind of pop up and that’s the name of the First Order’s base.

But the loudest cheers came for the “legacy players” as The Hollywood Reporter called them, Mark Hamill, Carrie Fisher and Harrison Ford.

Simon Pegg will be appearing in Star Wars: The Force Awakens, it has been revealed. “And now you have to figure out how to do that when all anybody is looking at is you”.

The actor, who spent weeks recovering from a broken ankle and pelvis after his plane crash this spring, fought back tears as he expressed his gratitude for the series. “I was proud and grateful”, Ford said. “But I can tell you that it felt great”. I wasn’t sure it would, but the company was the right company. The original Star Wars I was a part of really was the beginning of my working life. “It’s great to be back”.

The panel itself was one of the most highly anticipated at the convention, with queues standing for days to be let in. “Who wants to go see a live Star Wars concert right now?”
