Watch the trailer for Oasis’ ‘Supersonic’ documentary
If you saw Asif Kapadia’s Amy – the deeply poignant documentary about singer-songwriter Amy Winehouse who passed away in 2011 – then you’ll know his producing credit on new documentary Supersonic carves it out as one to watch.

Speaking at a special preview screening of Supersonic in the United Kingdom on Sunday night, he said, “Neither of them have discounted the idea of getting back together. I’d do it all again”.
Liam and Noel Gallagher hate a lot of things, most notably each other. He’s friends with Chris Martin and he said Chris should quit the music business and become a therapist because every week he goes “Look this is how you are going to patch up the band”.
With Liam and Noel’s outspoken and outrageous attitudes splattered across the news throughout the 90s and early 00s, it was always going to be hard to create something new and shocking and reveal things we didn’t already know about the notorious duo.
Supersonic will be released on October 14 in the United Kingdom with no word yet on a US release date. “Liam was like “He’s full of s**t” and Noel’s like “He’s full of s**t”. “Neither of them have discounted the idea of getting back together”, he said, as reported by NME.

At the end of the trailer, they say of their success: “I just think in the times in which we live, it would be unrepeatable”. I feel people out there want it so I hope they get it.
