‘We are not breaking relations at all’ Ugandan FM on N. Korea

South Korean President Park Geun-hye has arrived in the Kenyan capital Nairobi for a three-day state visit during which she will sign various bilateral agreements with her host President Uhuru Kenyatta.
In Africa, Park also promoted the Korea Aid project, a newly-launched official development assistance (ODA) program.
She will also attend the ground-breaking ceremony of the Korea House at the International University Campus in Paris(Cite Internationale Universitaire De Paris).
Uganda’s Foreign Minister told NK News on Monday that Kampala will not be breaking ties with North Korea, as had been erroneously reported by some media organizations earlier the same day.
The launch is widely seen as North Korea’s latest defiance against United Nations sanctions, which ban the country from launching ballistic missiles.
Park in her article published by local daily New Vision on Friday prior to her visit, described Uganda as a country of “possibilities” and “hope” due to its unlimited potential for growth that springs from its abundant natural resources, political stability and young population.
