As of now, BioWare has not yet officially declared the ability for fans to download the Mass Effect: Andromeda.

Andromeda, up to four players will be able to join forces in cooperative multiplayer to battle through hordes of enemies and win using “high-tech armaments and deep customization”.
Mass Effect Andromeda is out March 23 on PC, PlayStation 4, and Xbox One.

The video below showcases some of the highlights in the multiplayer mode of “Mass Effect Andromeda”, which arrives on Xbox One, PlayStation 4, and PC on March 21. The journey to the Andromeda galaxy takes hundreds of years where you’re awoken from cryogenic sleep and thrust into a new adventure. Private will allow you to limit the match to invited friends, while public quickly matches you with other available players.
From here, you’ll want to customize your loadout. This counts even when you’re setting in the menus. Experience can be used to upgrade your character, and credits can be used to buy packs that contain weapons, characters, and mods. There, players will lead our fight for a new home in hostile territory as the Pathfinder – a leader of military-trained explorers.

All of your progress from the trial will carry over to the full game upon release, meaning every character, decision and location you’ve explored won’t be in vain.
