Weather: A full week of rain
Forecasters say there is no snow in the forecast right now, and temperatures should stay above freezing this week, if the rain arrives. For the rest of the week, the high hovers around 51 to 52 degrees.

Temperatures dawned Monday morning right around 28 degrees, said the National Weather Service, with a wind chill down in the teens.
On Wednesday, the high should climb a bit to about 46 degrees, but expect clouds to move in on Wednesday night along with a low of about 34.
The wind will calm down by Tuesday night, which will be clear with a low around 14.
Thursday: Partly sunny. High temperature of about 45 degrees, overnight low of about 36 degrees.
Sunday’s high in Madison was 27 at 6:24 p.m., the normal high and 30 degrees below the record high of 57 for January 3, set in 1874.
More rain could come on Sunday.
