The estimated $422 million jackpot will possibly land in a lucky winner’s hands on Wednesday evening.

Not only was Wednesday’s drawing unable to produce a victor but last Saturday’s drawing did not see anyone hit the jackpot or hit even five numbers to claim the second place prize of $1 million. The Powerball jackpot has climbed to an estimated $500 million, which would make it the fifth largest lottery prize in USA history.

While the 292.2 million to 1 chance of winning a Powerball might be daunting, the odds are better for the range of smaller prizes (from $1 to $4 million).

Is there a victor in tonight’s Powerball drawing? He/she got 10, 47, 50, 65, 68 but not the Powerball 24.

If a MI player win’s tonight’s $422 million jackpot, it would be the largest Powerball prize won in the state.

Another Powerball jackpot is racing up the record books after nearly three months without a winning ticket holder. That jackpot saw the winning Powerball total swelling to $1.6 billion.

If a single player matches all the numbers, plus the Powerball, he or she can opt for payments over the next 29 years or a lump sum of $291 million. As of this writing, the current estimated jackpot for Saturday is $478 million, with an estimated cash value of $330.6 million.
