Wenger does not rule out England job after Arsenal deal ends
The Frenchman has been at Arsenal since 1996, but, with just a year left on his current contract, he has seemingly opened the door to taking the England job in the future.

Arsene Wenger has insisted he would manage England one day – but has ruled himself out of the running this time. “I would never rule that out, but I am happy and focused in club football”, Wenger is quoted by the Daily Mirror as telling beIN Sports. “Honestly, I don’t know”, he said.
Wenger has been linked with the England national team’s managerial job ever since the Three Lions suffered a defeat at the hands of minnows Iceland in the round of 16 stage of the ongoing 2016 European Championships in France. Did they panic or were they exhausted? I was absolutely on my knees when England went out against Iceland, I couldn’t believe it.
The bad news for Arsenal fans on the transfer front right now, along with the usual frustration about the seeming inactivity on the part of Arsene Wenger and our club, is that the hated pairing of Jose Mourinho and Manchester United are spending big money on what appear to be some very good players like Mkhitaryan and Ibrahimovic.
United States of America coach Jurgen Klinsmann and Sunderland manager Sam Allardyce are now the bookmakers’ favourites to succeed Hodgson, with Bournemouth manager Eddie Howe regarded as an outsider.
Odds on Klinsmann, who played in the Premier League with Tottenham during the late-1990s, shorted after Germany general manager Oliver Bierhoff, a close friend of Klinsmann, claimed that the 51-year-old was in discussions with the FA.

The FA has put no timescale on making an appointment and an interim solution remains a possibility when England start their World Cup qualifying campaign in Slovakia on September 4.
