WhaOo!! Bieber’s new album “Purpose” at top of charts within hours

I’ll be honest – I’d love be able to say that I hate Justin Bieber’s new album. Bieber keeps his promise as he wades into already-released territory: crooning softly over a towering electronic beat on the vulnerable I’ll Show You, before gliding into smooth falsetto for the moombahton-inspired Sorry.

HipHopDX unleashed the “Purpose” bonus track “We Are”, and while it isn’t bad, I definitely feel weird about it existing.

Beib’s new album has a double goal. “I’m so incredibly proud of Justin and I’m so excited about this new era”.

Justin Bieber is also set to take the album on the road.

But predictably, Bieber’s objective has bumped Adele’s 25 to the No. 2 spot on the album iTunes chart. In line with the release, the 21-year-old singer, in collaboration with ride sharing company Lyft, is offering the album for only $5 for a limited time.

He opens the album – with noteworthy production from EDM expert Skrillex – with downbeat songs both personal and real. Nonetheless, I have to call it like I see it – and even though objective is undeniably a pop effort, it’s just plain honest.

Bieber teams up with yet another teen sensation turned adult, Ariana Grande, on an acoustic version of What Do You Mean?

In the last two minutes of goal, Bieber said along with piano accompaniment: “We weren’t put in the best position to make the best decisions”.

Sure, many people will still refuse to listen for the sole reason that it’s him, but ultimately, that’s just their loss.

Today is of course Friday the 13th, but for fans of One Direction and Justin Bieber, it’s a day to be celebrated rather than dreaded as the stars’ albums hit the shelves.
