The Obama administration claims the law violates federal antidiscrimination standards and issued a May 13 directive instructing public schools and universities to grant transgender students access to programs, activities and facilities – including restrooms and locker rooms – based on their gender identity and not their biological sex. “The line has now been drawn in the sand, first by Hollywood, now by the National Basketball Association and NCAA: Either accept their progressive sexual agenda or pay the price”, Lt. Gov. Dan Forest said.
