What to Expect with ‘Deus Ex: Mankind Divided’ Season Pass

Deus Ex: Mankind Divided is set for release on PC, Xbox One, and PS4 on August 23, with Season Pass content being released at a later (and now unconfirmed) date.

The season pass comes with two new story missions, “System Rift” and “A Criminal Past”, two weapon packs, four praxis kits, and 5,000 credits.

Overall, I’m a little unsure as to whether or not this content is worth Square Enix’s $30 United States dollars asking price, although the overall value of this Season Pass really does depend on how substantial the two missions are.

However, Deus Ex Mankind Divided season pass is quite underwhelming, as it gives access to some add-ons rather than expansion packs.

The former contains a custom skinned Battle Rifle, the Chaff Augmentation, one pack of regular Battle Rifle ammo, one pack of armor piercing Battle Rifle ammo, 2 Frag Grenades, and 2 EMP Grenades.

Tactical Pack: A custom skinned Tranquilizer Rifle, the Micro Assembler Augmentation, one pack of tranquilizer ammo, three Smoke Grenades, and two Gas Grenades.

Still if you end up falling in love with Mankind Divided a few little extras generously sprinkled on top might just be what you’re looking for. Ultimately, the value hinges on how meaty the two story missions are, let’s hope they’re sizeable additions.

4 Praxis Kits – These additional Praxis Kits will allow you to further develop the augmentations of your choosing, moving you one step closer to unlocking Adam’s full potential.

The Deus Ex: Mankind Divided Season Pass is included in the Digital Deluxe Edition and can also be secured on Xbox Live and online stores for £24.99.

1000 Crafting Parts – Parts to craft upgrades for any weapon in your inventory. In this era of season passes and broken promises, that’s definitely something worth applauding.
