The victor of this game is getting a playoff spot unless the committee decides to pull a fast one on everybody.
Duke (7-5), which extends its school-record bowl game appearance streak to four consecutive years, will play in the Pinstripe Bowl in New York’s Yankee Stadium for the first time when it meets in (6-6) on Saturday, Dec. 26 (3:30 p.m., ABC). North Carolina has one of the best offenses in the country, as Elijah Hood has 1,280 total rushing yards going into the game. However, some people who wager for a living like to choose one or two games they like a lot, and run to the sports book to make their can’t miss selections.

It doesn’t seem likely Oklahoma could get into the top two after being third last week, but if Clemson is No. 1 and Oklahoma is third, the Sooners are headed to the home of the Dallas Cowboys. And if the Tar Heels win, nobody knows what happens. 2014 ACC champion Florida State landed the No. 3 seed last season.
