“The day after we would have the party, the older one used to say “my birthday is actually today mummy” to try have another”.

Every four years February 29th happens unlike the normal 28 day month, that extra day is needed to keep our clock and calendars in sync.
“I tell people I’m 24”, Taylor told Asbury Park Press.
It gets confusing for questions like “when do I get my driver’s license?” and “when can I buy alcohol?” – most states recognize March 1 as the birthday in those situations – but many leap year babies have fun with it.

The chances of being born on this day are about one in 1,400. Now, .0088 days may not seem like much, but those 11 minutes and 14 seconds add up over the years.
