WhatsApp, which boasts of 800 million monthly active users, has been aggressively introducing new features for its users, perhaps in an attempt to stay relevant amidst a sea of formidable competitors. It showed that support for iPhone users was listed on the website of the service.

Fortunately, WhatsApp figured its way through iOS and on Thursday announced support for WhatsApp for the Web for iPhone users.

You need to open the WhatsApp app on your phone and dive into the setting menu. To get started, first update your app and confirm that “WhatsApp Web” appears in the app’s Settings.

For now, it seems like the WhatsApp team is rolling out the functionality in phases, so some users will probably not be able to sync to WhatsApp Web right away. In this article, you will find more about this news and how to set up the feature and use it.

The jailbreak tweak for iPhone that we were going to talk about is called “WhatsApp Web Enabler” which, as can be guessed from the name, enables the WhatsApp web client service on iOS platforms.

Microsoft will likely be relieved to see the popular WhatsApp Web come to Windows 10 early after some app developers were slow to embrace Windows 8.1, the previous version of the popular operating system.

The new messaging service, which till now, only worked with Google’s Chrome browser was not available to iPhone users due to Apple platform limitations.
