But Lucey failed to explain that the “lock her up” chant goes back to how Mrs. Clinton deliberately mishandled her responsibilities as Secretary of State, particularly her illegal use of her own private server, her disgraceful handling of classified messages, and her serial misstatements relating to that mishandling. And unfortunately, there are people like that.

Trump struck back today, posting on Twitter: “Wow, Hillary Clinton was so insulting to my supporters, millions of unbelievable, hard working people”. “I regret saying ‘half” – that was wrong. Trump said in a tweet.
Trump and his running mate, Indiana Governor Mike Pence, defended the comment.
Clinton made her remarks about Trump’s supporters at a lavish event that featured performances from Barbra Streisand and Rufus Wainwright.
Comments about voters – especially at private fundraisers – have tripped up presidential hopefuls in the past.
During the 2008 Democratic primary, then-Sen.
“There are 47 percent of the people who will vote for the president no matter what”, Romney said.
But what may be more disturbing from a potential leader than his falsehoods may be his complete lack of knowledge – and respect – for the military itself.
Donald Trump says he’ll be in St. Louis later Saturday to attend the funeral of Phyllis Schlafly, the conservative activist who helped defeat the Equal Rights Amendment in the 1970s and founded the Eagle Forum political group. But reporters traveling with her campaign were not allowed in and did not see her.
In a Facebook post published on the page Humans of NY on Thursday, Clinton recounted taking a law school admissions test at Harvard University in 1969 and being harassed by male students. Lindsey Graham he’s worthy of the White House.
Pence refused to say whether Trump would consider sending in significant ground troops to the Middle East, saying he would not “signal to the enemy” his plans. She stressed that “t$3 hose are people we have to understand and empathize with as well”. “And she wouldn’t be prosecuted”.
When King asked Trump about news reports asserting that Russian Federation carried out recent hacks against the Democratic National Committee and the Democratic Congressional Campaign Committee, Trump said he was unconvinced.
The vice presidential nominee also maintained Trump would appoint justices to the U.S. Supreme Court in the mold of the late anti-LGBT U.S. Associate Justice Antonin Scalia. He also referred to the episode in January in which Iran seized two U.S. Navy patrol boats and accused them of spying.
Later in the rally, he again criticized Clinton over what he said was an aggressive foreign policy.
If there was any question that the gloves are off and election 2016 is a below-the-belt cage match, they were dispelled yesterday when Hillary Clinton said that ISIS is praying to Allah that Donald Trump gets elected president. “Racist? Racist? Except he used it, a lot”.
