Dads are often viewed as low maintenance and easy going and while this may be true in many cases, they still deserve some attention on Father’s Day.
Obviously not all men are the same in regards to tastes in cinema or really in nearly any regard. He looks awesome for his age and is my greatest inspiration. They still live in their own home up the street from me and I’m blessed to be able to raise my family alongside them.
This may sound a little melancholy on this special day, but I have to say that I admire these stand-up men who never stop loving and looking out for their kids. My son’s father is excellent with him. He’s so supportive and hilarious, we are so grateful to have him as our dad.
There are also other fun Father’s Day freebies for the whole family. We have suffered two more losses since Jack passed away. Children with actively engaged fathers in their lives are more likely to complete their education, go on to higher learning, and achieve success in the workforce. “We love you, Faja!”
McAvoy also noted that Father’s Day does not need to be exclusively for those with a biological connection. It is a somber time because most fathers are not involved with their children.
Of course, so many of us have lost our father to death, but we still can honor his memory. This year’s theme was “Compassion, Connectivity and Celebration”, all of which are central to the foundation of fatherhood.
While we could only pick one victor, all of these dads could be considered the best dad in Sonoma County.
