White House ‘relieved’ Trump cancelled Israel trip
Trump on Thursday postponed a planned trip to Israel amid the global backlash over his proposal. Viewed as a Republican Party supporter, Netanyahu’s position became risky after Trump called for keeping Muslims from entering the US and making controversial comments to a Jewish group.

Trump explained his decision saying he did not want to put “pressure” on Netanyahu.
Republican presidential candidate Donald Trump said during a speech in New Hampshire Thursday that if he is elected, anyone in the United States convicted of killing a police officer will receive the death penalty.
Mr Trump, who has been dropped as a business ambassador to Scotland and stripped of an honorary degree at a Scottish university, posted on Twitter: “The United Kingdom is trying hard to disguise their massive Muslim problem”.
Trump has 35% in a new national poll from CBS News and The New York Times, followed by Ted Cruz at 16%. “This is not what the Republican Party stands for or the values of the Committee which I chair”, Malpass said. Trump says that if he’s elected president, he’ll know within six months whether he can achieve an elusive peace accord between Israelis and Palestinians, one of the world’s most vexing challenges. “I don’t remember taking the “I heart trump” survey?”.
Trump was also the only invited candidate to show up to the meeting, said Jerry Flynn, the NEPBA’s executive director.
In a separate question, the poll found 61 percent of respondents would support an increase in the state gas tax if the money went to fix roads and transportation infrastructure.
In Dubai the property developer Damac Properties, which is building a $6 billion golf resort with Mr Trump, removed the businessman’s name and image from the area, along with that of his daughter Ivanka.
Trump has previously indicated that he would be open to implementing a database to track Muslims in the U.S. Politicians from both parties have condemned Trump’s proposal to block Muslims from entering the U.S.

Meanwhile, plans to ask Mr Trump to help rebuild a Scottish war memorial on the Isle of Lewis were set to be scrapped. “This is the Americans’ problem, they will choose who they vote for and not us”.
