Bangladesh has reportedly backed its neighbour India and said it would soon come out with a declaration on alleged human rights abuses by Pakistan in its south-west region Balochistan. He said the way people from these Pakistani regions “wished me well, gives me great joy”. “The government has already decided its stand that we need to take against Pakistan with regard to the matter of Jammu and Kashmir”, he told ANI.

Pakistan angered India by describing Wani, who India says was a militant belonging to the Hizbul Mujahideen group, as a Kashmiri leader.
